A Legacy of Handmade Ring Craftsmanship Since 1965

Abdul Khaliq Smart Men’s Rings, based in Karachi, Pakistan, is a family-owned jewellery craftsmanship business built on generations of dedication, traditional skills, and a deep passion for handmade rings.

Our journey began in 1965, when my father, M. Akhlaq, started working in the jewellery and ring-making craft. Through decades of dedication and hands-on experience, he developed a strong foundation in traditional jewellery craftsmanship. His knowledge, techniques, and passion became the foundation of our family’s continuing journey.

In 1986, I, Abdul Khaliq, began my professional journey in ring making, carrying forward the skills and traditions I had learned from my father. Over the years, I developed extensive expertise in traditional handmade ring making, hand engraving, gemstone setting, and detailed finishing work.

Our work is deeply rooted in traditional, completely handmade craftsmanship. Each ring is carefully made by hand, with attention to detail, engraving, finishing, and stone setting.

Three Generations of Craftsmanship

With a family history of approximately 60 years in this profession, our craftsmanship has now reached the third generation.

Today, my son, M. Abdullah, is working alongside us and continuing the family tradition. While respecting the traditional techniques passed down through our family, the third generation is also bringing modern approaches, contemporary designs, and modern jewellery-making techniques into our work.

From M. Akhlaq’s journey beginning in 1965, to Abdul Khaliq’s professional journey from 1986, and now to the third generation with M. Abdullah, our family continues to preserve the art of ring making while moving forward with modern ideas.
